Here are some healthy self-care gift ideas that will help them feel their best. Confession: these are also just some of my favorite things.

Himalayan Salt Lamp - these are said to change the charge of the surrounding air by producing ions that have health benefits.

Salt lamp nightlight – a cute mini-version of the salt lamp.

BPA free water bottle – BPA acts on estrogen in the body and disrupts hormones, so it’s important to avoid all plastic. This one keeps drinks hot or cold for 24 hours.

Spiralizer – So they can enjoy their favorite pasta dish without all the carbs - by making zoodles!

SodaStream – you know the ballyhoo about La Croix containing artificial preservatives? Soda stream is the answer, friends!

My favorite cookbook – French cuisine meets Asian cuisine, with easy and approachable recipes.

Private chef food delivery – for the busy person who wants to eat healthily but doesn’t have time to shop and cook.

Bath pillow - for luxurious baths (plus get a blue Ball jar from an antique store and fill it with Epsom salts).

Any Brene Brown Book - because anything she's written should be required reading.

Nutribullet – if they don’t already have one of these or a Vitamix. For smoothies!

Manduka yoga matt – an eco-friendly toxin-free yoga matt.

Silk pillowcase – supposed to decrease fine lines and wrinkles.

Power dust – adaptogenic herbs that will make anyone feel amazing and fight the effects of stress.

Berkey water filter – to filter out all the crazy stuff in our drinking water.

La Mer Moisturizing Cream - my favorite, thickest, most luxurious facial moisturizer. It's expensive, but it lasts because a little goes a long way.

And some stocking stuffer ideas:

Primally Pure deodorant (charcoal for men) – the best non-toxic, aluminum-free deodorant.

Elta sunblock – the dermatologist recommended sunblock that my girlfriends and I all use. Santa has always given me and my brothers sunblock. It’s a good tradition.

Rosewater facial mist – because why not?

Tata Harper face oil – feels amazing, and smells even better.

Sheet-masks - a set with a variety of seven different face masks.

There ya go. Hopefully, you got a good idea or two. Happy Holidays!
